JFA watch winders are covered by a one- or two-year product warranty. The length of the warranty is based on the model winder you purchase. Warranties will be described on the specified on individual product pages and also in the item description in the shopping cart. Our standard shipping method to the contiguous 48 states is UPS Ground. For many parts of the country, this delivers your order anywhere from one to three days after UPS picks up from our Chicago warehouse. But for those of you in the eastern and western parts of the country, standard UPS ground delivery takes longer, so we upgrade your shipping to 3rd Day UPS at no extra charge!
Do nothing! Your shipping upgrade is automatic! We'll automatically upgrade any area shown with delivery time of four days or more (the green and purple areas of the map) to 3rd Day UPS, at no additional charge.
This applies only to products we ship from our Chicago warehouse to the contiguous 48 states: watch winders, watch storage and display cases and watch wallets. All other products ship from the manufacturer's factory and are subject to manufacturer availability. We cannot guarantee turnaround times since the actual shipment is not within the control of JFA.
